Marie Wright 
Co-Founder & Flavourist 

Marie Wright is a celebrated flavourist and dynamic leader known for her global technical management expertise in the flavour industry. With a talent for marrying technical precision and creative vision, Marie has formulated thousands of innovative flavours for clients worldwide, spanning confectionery, beverages, yogurt, pet chews, and plant-based foods.

More than a master of flavour development, Marie excels at building high-performing technical organizations that foster growth, deliver exceptional customer service, and nurture collaborative cultures. Her visionary leadership empowers teams to set new industry standards and turn ideas into reality.

As a passionate global educator, Marie shares her expertise through keynote presentations at renowned industry events, including TASTE 3, Research Chefs Association (RCA), NAFFS, WFFC, CSA, IFT, FlavorCon, and the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP).She has contributed to John Wright's acclaimed book, "Flavor Creation," with her chapter"Creating Elegant Flavors."

Marie's achievements have been recognized with distinguished honors such as the Women Worth Watching in STEM Award, the WFFC flavorist Recognition Award, and the 2023 Bill Littlejohn Award from the British Society of Flavourists.

John Wright 
Co-Founder & Flavourist 

John Wright is a world-renowned flavourist and the author of the influential book "Flavor Creation," now in its third edition. With over 50 years of experience, John is one of the industry's most sought-after consultants. He supports companies worldwide with groundbreaking innovation and original thought.

A true visionary, John has designed some of the most successful creative R&D programs in the field. He has also served on the MIT Innovation Lab for twenty-five years under Professor Eric von Hippel. This rare combination of creative and academic approaches allows him to develop uniquely transformative solutions.

As an educator and mentor, John has trained countless flavourists globally and regularly contributes to Perfumer & Flavorist magazine. He has been a featured speaker at major conferences, such as FlavorCon, WFFC, British Society of Flavourists, Society of Flavor Chemists, and MIT. John is a fellow of both the Royal Society of Chemistry and the British Society of Flavourists, and he has been honored with the WFFC Innovation Excellence Award.
